Headway Cardiff has been working for people with acquired brain injuries, their families and carers in south east Wales since 1985. We became a registered charity in 1997 and currently provide support and services to over 300 people every year.

We aim to increase awareness and understanding of brain injury and its consequences, along with providing the necessary support to those with brain injury and their families, to help them attain the highest possible quality of life.
